A guide to uninstall OSD from your system

You can find on this page details on how to uninstall OSD for Windows. The Windows version was created by OEM. Go over here for more info on OEM. The application is usually installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\OEM\OSD directory. Take into account that this path can vary depending on the user's preference. The full command line for uninstalling OSD is C:\Program Files (x86)\OEM\OSD\unins000.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. OSD's main file takes around 143.00 KB (146432 bytes) and its name is OSD.exe.

A way to uninstall OSD from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OSD is an application offered by the software company OEM. Sometimes, computer users try to remove this application.   • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find OSD or simply activate the Search feature and type in "OSD". If it exists on your system the OSD program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select OSD in the list of programs, the following data about the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about OSD, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall OSD.

8. After removing OSD, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of OSD that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
