How to uninstall OSD from your computer

OSD is a Windows program. Read more about how to remove it from your PC. The Windows version was created by OEM. Further information on OEM can be found here. Usually the OSD program is installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\OEM\OSD folder, depending on the user's option during setup. The full command line for uninstalling OSD is C:\Program Files (x86)\OEM\OSD\unins000.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may receive a notification for admin rights. The program's main executable file has a size of 2.06 MB (2164224 bytes) on disk and is named OSD.exe.

A way to erase OSD from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OSD is an application by OEM. Frequently, computer users try to remove this application. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate OSD or simply activate the Search feature and type in "OSD". If it is installed on your PC the OSD program will be found automatically. After you select OSD in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding OSD, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove OSD.

8. After removing OSD, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong OSD that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling OSD with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
