A way to uninstall McAfee WebAdvisor from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

McAfee WebAdvisor is an application marketed by McAfee, LLC. Frequently, users choose to erase this program. This is easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK manner to erase McAfee WebAdvisor is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your PC.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find McAfee WebAdvisor or simply click the Search feature and type in "McAfee WebAdvisor". If it is installed on your PC the McAfee WebAdvisor program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click McAfee WebAdvisor in the list of applications, the following data about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about McAfee WebAdvisor, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for McAfee WebAdvisor:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\McAfee\WebAdvisor\Uninstaller.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall McAfee WebAdvisor.


8. After removing McAfee WebAdvisor, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup.
