A way to uninstall Google Chrome from your PC

You can find on this page details on how to uninstall Google Chrome for Windows. The Windows release was created by Google Inc‎.‎. More information on Google Inc‎.‎ can be seen here. The application is frequently installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application directory (same installation drive as Windows). You can remove Google Chrome by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\56.0.2924.67\Installer\setup.exe. Note that you might be prompted for admin rights. chrome.exe is the Google Chrome's primary executable file and it takes circa 1.07 MB (1117016 bytes) on disk.

The following executables are installed together with Google Chrome. They occupy about 4.35 MB (4563464 bytes) on disk.

A way to delete Google Chrome with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is a program released by Google Inc‎.‎. Frequently, users want to remove it. 3. Click on the General Tools category

5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Google Chrome or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Google Chrome". If it is installed on your PC the Google Chrome application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Google Chrome in the list of applications, the following data about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Google Chrome, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Google Chrome.

8. After removing Google Chrome, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Google Chrome which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
