If you are manually uninstalling GNU Privacy Guard we advise you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Registry that is not cleaned:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\GnuPG

Use regedit.exe to delete the following additional values from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Gpg4win\MementoSection_SEC_gnupg_w32
