How to erase Electrum with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Electrum is an application offered by Electrum Technologies GmbH. Frequently, users decide to uninstall this program. This is easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE way to uninstall Electrum is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your system.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Electrum or simply click the Search feature and type in "Electrum". If it is installed on your PC the Electrum application will be found automatically. After you select Electrum in the list of programs, the following information about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Electrum, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electrum\Uninstall.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Electrum.

8. After removing Electrum, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Electrum which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Electrum with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
