Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Part_A few of these are shown below.

Frequently the following registry data will not be uninstalled:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AnyDesk
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Media\AnyDesk
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\AnyDesk
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\AnyDesk

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following values:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\AnyDesk\Description
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\AnyDesk\DisplayName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\AnyDesk\ImagePath

A way to delete AnyDesk from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find AnyDesk or simply activate the Search field and type in "AnyDesk". The AnyDesk app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select AnyDesk in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about AnyDesk, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall AnyDesk.


8. After uninstalling AnyDesk, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong AnyDesk which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling AnyDesk with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
