How to delete HipChat using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HipChat is a program offered by Atlassian Inc. Some people choose to remove this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because removing this by hand takes some experience related to PCs. The best SIMPLE solution to remove HipChat is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows system.

• visit Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate HipChat or simply activate the Search field and type in "HipChat". If it exists on your system the HipChat program will be found very quickly. After you click HipChat in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding HipChat, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for HipChat:

• The software company is: https://atlassian.hipchat.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Atlassian\HipChat4\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove HipChat.


8. After removing HipChat, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong HipChat which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling HipChat with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
