A way to delete HipChat from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HipChat is a program offered by Atlassian Inc. Sometimes, users try to uninstall this program. This can be efortful because removing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE way to uninstall HipChat is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general tool to clean your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find HipChat or simply activate the Search feature and type in "HipChat". If it exists on your system the HipChat program will be found automatically. After you click HipChat in the list of programs, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about HipChat, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for HipChat:

• The web site of the application is: https://atlassian.hipchat.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Atlassian\HipChat4\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove HipChat.


8. After uninstalling HipChat, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of HipChat that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
