A way to uninstall HipChat from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HipChat is a program offered by the software company Atlassian Inc. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall it. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your system.

• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find HipChat or simply click the Search feature and type in "HipChat". If it is installed on your PC the HipChat program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select HipChat in the list of apps, some information regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding HipChat, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall HipChat.


8. After removing HipChat, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of HipChat which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling HipChat with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
