How to uninstall Yandex from your PC

You can find below details on how to uninstall Yandex for Windows. It is written by YANDEX. You can read more on YANDEX or check for application updates here. The program is frequently installed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Yandex\YandexBrowser\Application directory (same installation drive as Windows). You can uninstall Yandex by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Yandex\YandexBrowser\Application\22.9.3.891\Installer\setup.exe. Keep in mind that you might get a notification for admin rights. browser.exe is the Yandex's main executable file and it occupies circa 3.81 MB (3993240 bytes) on disk.

How to delete Yandex from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Yandex is a program released by the software company YANDEX. Frequently, computer users decide to erase it. This is hard because deleting this manually requires some know-how related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY solution to erase Yandex is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. 6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Yandex or simply activate the Search field and type in "Yandex". If it exists on your system the Yandex program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Yandex in the list of programs, the following data regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Yandex, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Yandex.


8. After uninstalling Yandex, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Yandex which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
