How to uninstall Yandex from your PC

This page contains detailed information on how to uninstall Yandex for Windows. It is made by YANDEX. You can read more on YANDEX or check for application updates here. The application is usually placed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Yandex\YandexBrowser\Application folder (same installation drive as Windows). Yandex's full uninstall command line is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Yandex\YandexBrowser\Application\22.5.2.615\Installer\setup.exe. The application's main executable file has a size of 4.26 MB (4463968 bytes) on disk and is labeled browser.exe.

A way to remove Yandex from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Yandex is an application released by the software company YANDEX. Frequently, computer users choose to erase it. Sometimes this is hard because deleting this manually takes some experience related to removing Windows programs manually. 2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Yandex or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Yandex". If it exists on your system the Yandex app will be found automatically. When you select Yandex in the list of apps, some data about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Yandex, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Yandex.


8. After removing Yandex, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Yandex which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Yandex using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
