A way to uninstall Yandex from your system

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. Yandex's primary file takes around 4.30 MB (4510896 bytes) and is called browser.exe.

How to erase Yandex from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Yandex is a program released by Yandex. Sometimes, people try to remove it. This can be easier said than done because doing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. 3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Yandex or simply activate the Search field and type in "Yandex". The Yandex program will be found automatically. When you select Yandex in the list , some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Yandex, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Yandex.


8. After removing Yandex, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Yandex which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
