A way to remove WinLock from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WinLock is a program by the software company Crystal Office Systems. Sometimes, users try to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is difficult because removing this by hand requires some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your computer.

  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the programs installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find WinLock or simply click the Search feature and type in "WinLock". If it is installed on your PC the WinLock program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select WinLock in the list of programs, the following information about the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about WinLock, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\WinLock\unins000.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove WinLock.

8. After removing WinLock, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong WinLock which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing WinLock using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
