How to uninstall WinGate from your computer

WinGate is a software application. When planning to uninstall WinGate you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders left behind when you uninstall WinGate:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\WinGate
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\WinGate

The files below were left behind on your disk by WinGate's application uninstaller when you removed it:

How to erase WinGate from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WinGate is an application released by Qbik New Zealand. Some users choose to uninstall this application. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY practice to uninstall WinGate is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find WinGate or simply click the Search field and type in "WinGate". If it is installed on your PC the WinGate app will be found automatically. After you select WinGate in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding WinGate, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for WinGate:

• The web site of the program is: http://www.wingate.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Windows\WinGate\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall WinGate.


8. After removing WinGate, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong WinGate which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing WinGate with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
