A way to uninstall VLC from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find VLC or simply activate the Search field and type in "VLC". The VLC application will be found very quickly. When you click VLC in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding VLC, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove VLC.

All the items that belong VLC that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
