A guide to uninstall Understand from your system

Following the uninstall process, the application leaves leftovers on the PC. Some of these are shown below.

The files below are left behind on your disk when you remove Understand:

Registry that is not uninstalled:

Open regedit.exe to delete the values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Program Files\SciTools\bin\pc-win64\understand.exe.ApplicationCompany
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Program Files\SciTools\bin\pc-win64\understand.exe.FriendlyAppName

How to remove Understand with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Understand is a program by the software company SciTools. Some people decide to remove this program. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Understand or simply click the Search feature and type in "Understand". If it is installed on your PC the Understand application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Understand in the list of apps, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Understand, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Understand.

All the items of Understand that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
