A way to uninstall Texmacs from your computer

How to delete Texmacs with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Texmacs is an application offered by the software company MAGIX. Sometimes, users try to remove this program. This can be easier said than done because doing this manually requires some experience related to Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE practice to remove Texmacs is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows PC.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Texmacs or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Texmacs". If it is installed on your PC the Texmacs application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Texmacs in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Texmacs, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Texmacs.

8. After uninstalling Texmacs, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Texmacs that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Texmacs using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
