When planning to uninstall SyncBackPro you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall SyncBackPro:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\2BrightSparks\SyncBackPro
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\2BrightSparks\SyncBackPro

The files below were left behind on your disk by SyncBackPro's application uninstaller when you removed it:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\2BrightSparks\SyncBackPro\DSettings.ini
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\2BrightSparks\SyncBackPro\Settings.ini
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\K4CJOAYB\syncbackpro8-v-check[1].txt
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar\SyncBackPro.lnk
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\SyncBackPro.lnk

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\syncbackpro
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\2BrightSparks\SyncBackPro
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\2BrightSparks\SyncBackPro
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SyncBackPro_is1

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional registry values from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\A:\SyncBackPro\SyncBackPro.exe.ApplicationCompany
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\A:\SyncBackPro\SyncBackPro.exe.FriendlyAppName

How to erase SyncBackPro from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SyncBackPro is an application by the software company 2BrightSparks. Sometimes, computer users want to uninstall it. This is easier said than done because removing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY manner to uninstall SyncBackPro is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to clean your PC.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find SyncBackPro or simply activate the Search feature and type in "SyncBackPro". If it exists on your system the SyncBackPro app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select SyncBackPro in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding SyncBackPro, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SyncBackPro:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.SyncBackPro.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\2BrightSparks\SyncBackPro\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SyncBackPro.


8. After uninstalling SyncBackPro, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong SyncBackPro that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SyncBackPro using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
