A way to uninstall Slack from your PC

You can find on this page details on how to remove Slack for Windows. The Windows version was developed by Slack Technologies Inc.. More info about Slack Technologies Inc. can be read here. The application is usually placed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\slack folder. A way to delete Slack using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Slack is an application marketed by Slack Technologies Inc.. Frequently, people try to remove this program. Sometimes this can be difficult because deleting this by hand requires some skill regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY way to remove Slack is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to clean your computer.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Slack or simply click the Search feature and type in "Slack". If it is installed on your PC the Slack program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Slack in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Slack, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Slack.


8. After uninstalling Slack, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Slack that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Slack with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
