After the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Some of these are shown below.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\slack
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\slack
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\RADAR\HeapLeakDetection\DiagnosedApplications\slack.exe

A way to remove Slack from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Slack or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Slack". The Slack program will be found very quickly. After you select Slack in the list of programs, some data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Slack, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Slack.


8. After removing Slack, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Slack which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
