A way to uninstall SIV from your system

SIV is a Windows application. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may get a notification for administrator rights. The application's main executable file has a size of 920.22 KB (942304 bytes) on disk and is titled ThermalConsole.exe.

Some files and registry entries are regularly left behind when you uninstall SIV.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

How to delete SIV from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SIV is an application by the software company GIGABYTE. Sometimes, people want to erase it. This is troublesome because uninstalling this by hand requires some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY way to erase SIV is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find SIV or simply click the Search feature and type in "SIV". The SIV app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click SIV in the list of programs, the following information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding SIV, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SIV:

• The software company is: http://www.GIGABYTE.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{AAA057C3-10DC-4EB9-A3D6-8208C1BB7411}\setup.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SIV.


8. After removing SIV, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong SIV that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SIV using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
