SIV has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Folders left behind when you uninstall SIV:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\GIGABYTE\SIV

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_{AAA057C3-10DC-4EB9-A3D6-8208C1BB7411}

How to erase SIV using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SIV is a program released by the software company GIGABYTE. Some computer users decide to remove this program. Sometimes this can be efortful because removing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK way to remove SIV is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find SIV or simply click the Search field and type in "SIV". If it exists on your system the SIV program will be found very quickly. When you select SIV in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding SIV, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SIV.


8. After uninstalling SIV, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of SIV which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing SIV with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
