Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Some of these are listed below.

Directories found on disk:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\JLR

The files below are left behind on your disk by SDD's application uninstaller when you removed it:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\JLR\Installations\JLR_IDS_Install_Prerequisites\Uninstall.iss

A way to uninstall SDD from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SDD is an application released by JLR. Frequently, computer users decide to erase this program. This is difficult because performing this by hand takes some experience regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best QUICK practice to erase SDD is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find SDD or simply click the Search field and type in "SDD". The SDD program will be found very quickly. When you select SDD in the list of applications, the following data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding SDD, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SDD:

• The software company is: http://www.JLR.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{10712D2E-8EC9-4CA8-A4B7-7DDF77324E36}\setup.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove SDD.


8. After removing SDD, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of SDD which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SDD with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
