• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Rainmeter or simply click the Search field and type in "Rainmeter". The Rainmeter app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Rainmeter in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Rainmeter, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Rainmeter:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\uninst.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Rainmeter.


8. After removing Rainmeter, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Rainmeter which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Rainmeter using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
