How to uninstall RAPT from your system

RAPT is a Windows application. Read below about how to remove it from your computer. The Windows release was developed by PCDC. You can read more on PCDC or check for application updates here. More data about the software RAPT can be found at http://www.raptsoftware.com. The application is usually installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PCDC\RAPT directory (same installation drive as Windows). You can uninstall RAPT by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{0BDB96C3-660F-4F43-BF72-30ADA1E43C7E}\setup.exe. Note that you might get a notification for admin rights. RAPTW.exe is the programs's main file and it takes circa 13.23 MB (13871104 bytes) on disk.

A way to remove RAPT from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

RAPT is a program released by the software company PCDC. Sometimes, computer users decide to remove this application. This is easier said than done because doing this manually takes some experience regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY procedure to remove RAPT is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate RAPT or simply click the Search field and type in "RAPT". If it is installed on your PC the RAPT application will be found automatically. When you click RAPT in the list of applications, some information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding RAPT, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for RAPT:

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall RAPT.


8. After removing RAPT, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of RAPT that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling RAPT with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
