How to uninstall QQ from your computer

This web page contains complete information on how to uninstall QQ for Windows. It was coded for Windows by Tencent. You can read more on Tencent or check for application updates here. QQ is normally installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Tencent\QQNT folder, however this location may differ a lot depending on the user's option while installing the program. The full command line for removing QQ is C:\Program Files (x86)\Tencent\QQNT\Uninstall.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for administrator rights. QQ's primary file takes around 129.96 MB (136271240 bytes) and its name is QQ.exe.

A way to erase QQ from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QQ is a program by the software company Tencent. Frequently, users choose to erase it. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate QQ or simply click the Search field and type in "QQ". If it is installed on your PC the QQ app will be found automatically. When you click QQ in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding QQ, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove QQ.


8. After uninstalling QQ, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong QQ that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
