A guide to uninstall QQ from your computer

QQ is a Windows program. Read more about how to uninstall it from your computer. It is developed by Tencent. Take a look here for more details on Tencent. Usually the QQ program is found in the C:\Program Files\Tencent\QQNT directory, depending on the user's option during install. You can uninstall QQ by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\Tencent\QQNT\Uninstall.exe. Note that you might receive a notification for administrator rights. QQ.exe is the QQ's main executable file and it takes close to 168.24 MB (176410960 bytes) on disk.

A way to delete QQ from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QQ is a program offered by Tencent. Sometimes, computer users want to uninstall this program. This can be hard because performing this manually requires some knowledge related to PCs. One of the best EASY way to uninstall QQ is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find QQ or simply activate the Search feature and type in "QQ". If it is installed on your PC the QQ application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select QQ in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding QQ, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove QQ.


8. After removing QQ, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong QQ which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling QQ using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
