How to uninstall Power2Go from your system

How to erase Power2Go from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Power2Go is an application offered by the software company CyberLink Corp.. Sometimes, users decide to remove it. This is hard because doing this manually requires some experience related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best QUICK solution to remove Power2Go is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows computer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Power2Go or simply click the Search field and type in "Power2Go". If it exists on your system the Power2Go program will be found automatically. After you click Power2Go in the list , the following information about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Power2Go, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Power2Go.


8. After removing Power2Go, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Power2Go which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Power2Go with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
