How to erase Power2Go from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Power2Go is a program offered by CyberLink Corp.. Sometimes, computer users try to remove this program. This is easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand requires some know-how related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY procedure to remove Power2Go is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Power2Go or simply click the Search field and type in "Power2Go". The Power2Go application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Power2Go in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Power2Go, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{2A87D48D-3FDF-41fd-97CD-A1E370EFFFE2}\Setup.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Power2Go.


8. After uninstalling Power2Go, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Power2Go which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Power2Go with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
