Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the PC. Some of these are shown below.

Generally the following registry data will not be removed:
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CyberLink\Common\EvoParser\Power2Go
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\38E1FB04BE028D11795C00905C206085
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Cyberlink\Common\AuthoringManager\Power2Go
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_{40BF1E83-20EB-11D8-97C5-0009C5020658}

Open regedit.exe to delete the values below from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\38E1FB04BE028D11795C00905C206085\ProductName


A way to uninstall Power2Go from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Power2Go is an application offered by CyberLink Corp.. Frequently, computer users choose to remove this program.   • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Power2Go.

8. After uninstalling Power2Go, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Power2Go that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Power2Go with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
