A way to uninstall PCKeeper from your system

This web page contains complete information on how to uninstall PCKeeper for Windows. It was coded for Windows by Essentware. More info about Essentware can be read here. The application is often located in the C:\Program Files\Essentware\PCKeeper folder (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for removing PCKeeper is MsiExec.exe /X{BA50373E-6B41-4A32-B096-BE86D2C753DB}. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may get a notification for admin rights. PCKeeper.exe is the programs's main file and it takes around 505.67 KB (517808 bytes) on disk.

PCKeeper has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Folders found on disk after you uninstall PCKeeper from your computer:

• C:\Program Files\Essentware\PCKeeper

The files below are left behind on your disk by PCKeeper's application uninstaller when you removed it:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\chromium\User Data\Default\Local Storage\http_land.pckeeper.software_0.localstorage
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\CLR_v4.0\UsageLogs\PCKeeper.exe.log

Usually the following registry data will not be uninstalled:

A way to delete PCKeeper using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PCKeeper is a program marketed by the software company Essentware. Sometimes, people choose to remove this program. This can be hard because deleting this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY way to remove PCKeeper is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your computer.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find PCKeeper or simply activate the Search feature and type in "PCKeeper". If it exists on your system the PCKeeper app will be found automatically. When you select PCKeeper in the list of apps, the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about PCKeeper, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall PCKeeper.


8. After removing PCKeeper, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of PCKeeper that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling PCKeeper with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
