A guide to uninstall NVDA from your PC

NVDA is a software application. A way to delete NVDA from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is a program offered by NV Access Limited. Some people decide to uninstall this program. This can be hard because performing this manually requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK practice to uninstall NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your PC.

  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the programs existing on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find NVDA or simply activate the Search field and type in "NVDA". If it exists on your system the NVDA application will be found very quickly. After you click NVDA in the list of applications, some data about the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about NVDA, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\NVDA\uninstall.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall NVDA.

8. After removing NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of NVDA that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing NVDA with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
