How to uninstall XAMPP from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

XAMPP is an application released by the software company Bitnami. Some people want to uninstall this application. This is efortful because doing this by hand takes some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY practice to uninstall XAMPP is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find XAMPP or simply activate the Search field and type in "XAMPP". If it exists on your system the XAMPP program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click XAMPP in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding XAMPP, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove XAMPP.
