A way to uninstall WinSCP from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WinSCP is a program offered by the software company Martin Prikryl. Sometimes, computer users want to remove this program. This can be difficult because uninstalling this manually requires some knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate WinSCP or simply click the Search field and type in "WinSCP". If it exists on your system the WinSCP application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select WinSCP in the list , the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding WinSCP, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall WinSCP.


8. After removing WinSCP, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of WinSCP which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing WinSCP with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
