How to delete WickrMe from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WickrMe is a program released by Wickr Inc.. Sometimes, people decide to remove it. This is troublesome because doing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY solution to remove WickrMe is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find WickrMe or simply activate the Search feature and type in "WickrMe". The WickrMe app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click WickrMe in the list of programs, some data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about WickrMe, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for WickrMe:

• The publisher is: https://wickr.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{6E1B6769-E969-47E0-9365-38478464419A}

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove WickrMe.


8. After uninstalling WickrMe, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong WickrMe that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling WickrMe using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
