A way to remove WickrMe using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WickrMe is a program released by Wickr Inc.. Frequently, users choose to remove this program. Sometimes this can be difficult because performing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to PCs. One of the best SIMPLE practice to remove WickrMe is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find WickrMe or simply click the Search feature and type in "WickrMe". If it exists on your system the WickrMe program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select WickrMe in the list of apps, the following data about the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about WickrMe, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall WickrMe.

8. After uninstalling WickrMe, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong WickrMe which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling WickrMe with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
