How to erase WickrMe with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WickrMe is a program released by the software company Wickr Inc.. Some people want to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is troublesome because uninstalling this by hand requires some skill regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best SIMPLE way to uninstall WickrMe is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find WickrMe or simply activate the Search feature and type in "WickrMe". If it exists on your system the WickrMe application will be found very quickly. After you select WickrMe in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding WickrMe, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{68B1B58F-1AD3-4BEE-8C36-6D6F2726BAE5}
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall WickrMe.

8. After removing WickrMe, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of WickrMe which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling WickrMe with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
