A way to uninstall UniTwain from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
UniTwain is a program marketed by TerminalWorks. Some people choose to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is difficult because deleting this manually requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK action to uninstall UniTwain is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your PC.

- download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
- install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.
3. Click on the General Tools category
4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button
5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you
6. Navigate the list of applications until you find UniTwain or simply activate the Search feature and type in "UniTwain". If it exists on your system the UniTwain application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select UniTwain in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is available to you:
- Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding UniTwain, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
- Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

- The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\TerminalWorks\UniTwain\unins000.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall UniTwain.
8. After uninstalling UniTwain, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of UniTwain that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling UniTwain using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
