A guide to uninstall UniTwain from your system

UniTwain is a software application. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for administrator rights. UniTwain.exe is the UniTwain's main executable file and it takes close to 873.50 KB (894464 bytes) on disk.

UniTwain is comprised of the following executables which take 1.56 MB (1637936 bytes) on disk:

• unins000.exe (715.55 KB)
• UniTwain.exe (873.50 KB)

A way to remove UniTwain from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

UniTwain is an application released by TerminalWorks. Some users decide to uninstall it. This is efortful because doing this by hand requires some experience related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY action to uninstall UniTwain is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows system.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate UniTwain or simply click the Search feature and type in "UniTwain". If it exists on your system the UniTwain application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select UniTwain in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding UniTwain, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for UniTwain:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.TerminalWorks.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\TerminalWorks\UniTwain\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove UniTwain.


8. After removing UniTwain, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of UniTwain which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing UniTwain using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
