How to remove UltraEdit with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

UltraEdit is an application by the software company IDM Computer Solutions, Inc.. Some users try to uninstall this program. This can be hard because doing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE way to uninstall UltraEdit is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your Windows PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate UltraEdit or simply activate the Search field and type in "UltraEdit". The UltraEdit program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click UltraEdit in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding UltraEdit, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove UltraEdit.

8. After removing UltraEdit, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of UltraEdit that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing UltraEdit using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
