Many files, folders and registry data will be left behind when you want to remove UltraEdit from your PC.

How to uninstall UltraEdit from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

UltraEdit is an application released by the software company IDM Computer Solutions, Inc.. Sometimes, people try to erase it. This is troublesome because deleting this manually requires some know-how related to PCs. One of the best QUICK approach to erase UltraEdit is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to clean your PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find UltraEdit or simply activate the Search feature and type in "UltraEdit". The UltraEdit app will be found automatically. After you select UltraEdit in the list of applications, some information regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding UltraEdit, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{635A6AF2-63AF-4C1C-AF57-BDC8AF6D397D}\setup.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall UltraEdit.

8. After removing UltraEdit, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of UltraEdit that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing UltraEdit with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
