How to uninstall TextExpander using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

TextExpander is a program by the software company Smile, Inc.. Some users decide to remove this application. This is troublesome because performing this manually takes some experience regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE solution to remove TextExpander is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate TextExpander or simply activate the Search field and type in "TextExpander". The TextExpander application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click TextExpander in the list of applications, some information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding TextExpander, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall TextExpander.


8. After uninstalling TextExpander, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong TextExpander that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing TextExpander with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
