How to remove Tenable Nessus with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tenable Nessus is an application offered by Tenable Network Security, Inc.. Some people choose to uninstall this application. This can be efortful because deleting this by hand takes some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK solution to uninstall Tenable Nessus is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Tenable Nessus or simply click the Search feature and type in "Tenable Nessus". If it is installed on your PC the Tenable Nessus app will be found very quickly. After you click Tenable Nessus in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Tenable Nessus, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Tenable Nessus.


8. After uninstalling Tenable Nessus, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Tenable Nessus which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
