A guide to uninstall Start Menu from your computer

Start Menu is composed of the following executables which take 21.09 MB (22111672 bytes) on disk:

  • ServiceHostApp.exe (7.51 MB)
  • ServiceHostAppUpdater.exe (10.59 MB)
  • ServiceStartMenuIndexer.exe (2.93 MB)
  • wow_helper.exe (65.50 KB)

A way to remove Start Menu from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Start Menu or simply activate the Search field and type in "Start Menu". If it exists on your system the Start Menu application will be found automatically. When you select Start Menu in the list , some information about the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Start Menu, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Start Menu.
