PCSwift has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Folders found on disk after you uninstall PCSwift from your computer:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\PCSwift

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall PCSwift:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\PCSwift\PCSwift.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\PCSwift\PCSwiftRegister.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\PCSwift\PCSwiftUpdate.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\PCSwift\unins000.exe

Registry that is not uninstalled:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PCSwift_is1
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PGWARE\PCSwift

Open regedit.exe to remove the registry values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\bam\State\UserSettings\S-1-5-21-1100112918-2537018861-1398402041-1001\\Device\HarddiskVolume2\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\PCSwift\unins000.exe

A way to remove PCSwift using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PCSwift is an application released by PGWARE LLC. Frequently, users try to uninstall this program. • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding PCSwift, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\PCSwift\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall PCSwift.


8. After removing PCSwift, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong PCSwift which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
