How to erase McAfee® Total Protection from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

McAfee® Total Protection is a program marketed by McAfee, Inc.. Some computer users try to erase it. This can be hard because uninstalling this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. 3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate McAfee® Total Protection or simply click the Search field and type in "McAfee® Total Protection". The McAfee® Total Protection app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select McAfee® Total Protection in the list of applications, the following data about the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about McAfee® Total Protection, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove McAfee® Total Protection.


8. After uninstalling McAfee® Total Protection, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of McAfee® Total Protection which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling McAfee® Total Protection using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
