A way to uninstall MVS from your PC

If you are manually uninstalling MVS we advise you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Generally the following registry keys will not be removed:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\HIK_MVS

How to erase MVS from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MVS is an application offered by the software company Hikrobot. Some people want to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be efortful because deleting this by hand requires some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK manner to uninstall MVS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find MVS or simply activate the Search field and type in "MVS". If it exists on your system the MVS application will be found very quickly. When you click MVS in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding MVS, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for MVS:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.hikrobotics.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\MVS\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall MVS.


8. After removing MVS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong MVS that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling MVS with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
