How to uninstall MVS from your PC

Some files, folders and registry entries will not be deleted when you want to remove MVS from your PC.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\HIK_MVS

Registry values that are not removed from your PC:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Program Files (x86)\MVS\Applications\Win64\MVS.exe.FriendlyAppName

A way to remove MVS from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MVS is an application by the software company Hikrobot. Frequently, users choose to erase this program. 3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find MVS or simply activate the Search field and type in "MVS". The MVS application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select MVS in the list of apps, some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding MVS, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for MVS:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\MVS\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove MVS.


8. After uninstalling MVS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong MVS which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing MVS using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
