A way to uninstall KakaoTalk from your computer

A way to delete KakaoTalk from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

KakaoTalk is a program released by Kakao Corp.. Frequently, people try to remove this program. Sometimes this is easier said than done because doing this manually takes some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY action to remove KakaoTalk is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to take care of your PC.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find KakaoTalk or simply activate the Search feature and type in "KakaoTalk". If it is installed on your PC the KakaoTalk application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select KakaoTalk in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding KakaoTalk, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for KakaoTalk:

• The software company is: http://www.kakao.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kakao\KakaoTalk\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall KakaoTalk.


8. After uninstalling KakaoTalk, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong KakaoTalk that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling KakaoTalk with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
